GLADWIN
On Saturday, Sept. 6, 2025, at approximately 7:40 p.m.
deputies from the Gladwin County Sheriff’s Office were called to investigate a missing 16-month-old child from a residence on Lake Lancer in Butman Township.
The child was found unresponsive in the lake a short distance from his residence. Life-saving measures by deputies and medical responders were unsuccessful.
