My community has a problem with dogs running off their leash in areas. They often leave “deposits” behind that their owners don’t clean up. At a town hall session, a group of us proposed creating a dog park where off-leash activity could be allowed. Several people disagreed, including one woman who said that dog parks cause bad behavior.
