Several local organizations have partnered to bring local families an event full of fun during the winter season.
The Clare County Winter Carnival will take place 4-6 p.m., Friday, February 23, at the Mid Michigan College Harrison Campus located at 1375 South Clare Avenue, Harrison, MI 48625.
