Aspecial meeting of the Gladwin City Council was held on Thursday with a limited agenda.
The council approved a Deficit Elimination Plan that will eliminate what is basically a bookkeeping issue in regards to making payments toward the Mosquito Fund.
At its previous meeting, City Attorney Michael Gildner advised the council to find a way to come to an agreement on the appointment of a Mayor Pā¦
