GLADWIN
The 10th annual Cedar River Cleanup took place on August 11, taking 190 pounds of trash out of the Cedar River. In addition to the trash, there was also a large wooden picnic table that was stuck in the river. Tristan Hewitt, Executive Director of the Gladwin Conservation District was able to retrieve the table and put it on his boat, paddling the rest of the way with it.
