CLARE T he Clare-Gladwin RESD is excited to share that on Friday, Nov. 7, from 7-10 p.m., they will be hosting their Booked for the Night Imagination Library Gala located at The Venue at 501 in Clare, MI.
The Imagination Library provides children from birth to age five with a free book each month, helping foster a love of reading and learning right from the start.
While many people believe Dolly Parton fully funds this program, the truth is that she helps make books more affordable – but it’s the Clare Gladwin Great Start Collaborative, along with local grants and fundraisers, that makes it possible for families in Clare and Gladwin Counties to receive these books.
