The 20th annual Festival of Lights Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting, being put on by the Gladwin Business & Professionals Association, will take place on Saturday, December 2. The Tree Lighting will be at 5:30 p.m. at the corner of North Silverleaf and Cedar Ave.
