An Estate Planning seminar will be held on July 9, 1 p.m., at Antler Arms, located at 215 S. Antler St. in Gladwin, in the dining center. Topics will include avoiding scams, wills versus trusts, powers of attorney, Lady Bird deeds, and strategies for avoiding probate.
