BEAVERTON – The 2019 Miss Beaverton Pageant is being held at the Beaverton Activity Center on June 22, 2019 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $5. 

The pageant has been going on since 1929 and has crowned 54 queens. The festivities kicked off with a Tea Party held on Monday, June 17 at the BAC, with the contestants and six Little Miss Beavertons, who will also participate in the pageant on Saturday. 

The winner of the pageant receives $1,250 in scholarship money. $750 will be given to the first runner up, and a $50 talent award will also be awarded. 

Jessie Christie graduated from Beaverton High School in 2019. Her parents are Teresa and Tom Christie. She was involved with band, drama, Forensics, Spanish Club, Spirit Club, and Recycling Club. 

Raegan Ward just finished the 11th grade. Her parents are Crystal Ward and the late Roger Ward. She is a member of  the Leo Club, Spanish Club, pon pom, cheer, softball, basketball and soccer.

Kira Saylor just finished the 11th grade. Her parents are Audrey and Richard Saylor. She is involved in Beaverton choir, cheer, wrestling, track and field. 

Faithann Brubaker, just finished 11th grade. Her parents are Flent and Liz Brubaker. She is involved with National Honor Society, band, pon pom, and dance at the Gail Wildfong School of Dance.
