Snow Removal Bid Request
Clare-Gladwin RESD is accepting bids for 202223 snow removal. Snow removal, including parking
lots, driveways and sidewalks is expected when
snow accumulation reaches 2 inches, with salting
as necessary for parking lots and driveways. All
snow removal must be complete by 6:30 am week
days. Sidewalk salt will be provided by the school
district for the snow removal company to spread
on sidewalks using our salt spreaders. Salt for
the parking lots and driveways is to be provided
and spread by the snow removal company with
their own equipment. Pricing needs to be broken
down between each of our three campuses
(Administration, Area School & Magnus Center),
per snow removal and price per salting. A copy of
the bidder’s liability insurance is required.
Bidders are required to contact the Operations
Director at Clare-Gladwin RESD to setup an
appointment to review the snow removal locations
(989-386-3851). Bids are to be sent to ClareGladwin RESD Administration building at 4041
E Mannsiding Rd, Clare, MI 48617 by 4 pm
September 1st, 2022. The board of education
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
bids.
