GLADWIN – On Sunday, May 20 “The Razors,” a local inline skating team, from Nikki’s Roller Rink located north of Gladwin on M-18, traveled to Midland to race other teams in the MRSO State Finals. The Razors are a new team formed by Craig Runde, owner of Nikki’s Roller Rink. The fact that the Razors have had no racing experience before this year didn’t keep them from shocking a lot of people by winning three third place ribbons: Kailee Doak, 3rd girls 11-12 year old, Julia Gwisdalla, 3rd girls 9-10, and Jack Woods, 3rd men’s 40-55. Anyone interested in this new up and coming sport contact Craig Runde at 989-246-0878.
